We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 6, Paragon Point
P.U.D. Third Filing, a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
inspection was performed on September 20, 1993.
Exposed soils indicate the use of a drilled pier type foundation
system designed in accordance with the soils report performed by
Empire Laboratories, Inc., Job No. 9056-91, dated October 24, 1991.
No water was encountered to a depth of approximately six (6) feet.
Due to the measured depth of bedrock below footing elevation, it
is our opinion that a perimeter drain is required for this
structure.
