A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing size and wall steel
construction for the referenced project on July 6 and 10, 2001, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the footing sizes
and wall steel placements are constructed in general accordance with the plans and
specifications for this project.
