On October 25, 1989, a Public Service Company employee made a service call to
the property located at 614 West Myrtle Street.
Inspection revealed that the range flex connector is soldered and must be
changed. While this condition was not deemed by our serviceman to be an
immediate hazard to your safety, it could become hazardous and should be
corrected. For this reason, the appliance was tagged with a yellow tag, a copy
of which is filed in our Service Department.
For safety reasons, you are advised to have this problem corrected by a qualified
repairman of your choice. After it has been repaired, please notify us in
writing of the date, the type of repairs, and the name of the firm and/or
repairman so we may update our files. A copy of this letter is being forwarded
to the city/county building department officials.
