Dear Mr. Houts:
We observed the corrections on the four (4) incorrectly placed
caissons at the above referenced location. The walls were extended
approximately eight (8) inches to sit on the two (2) southwest
caissons in the garage. The remaining two (2) caissons were
corrected by widening the walls to approximately sixteen (16)
inches.
In addition, we inspected the wall reinforcing and void material
placed in all the wall forms. It is our opinion that the wall
reinforcing and corrections were in substantial conformance with
our previous recommendations and foundation plan, Job No. 2166-05-
03-01.
