We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 33, Huntington Hills
Fourth Filing, a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
inspection was performed on December 7, 1995.
uxYL-' a^vlis indicate- the- use- of $ uriti2d- pier type- foundation
system designed in accordance with the soils report performed by
Earth Engineering, Job No. 1942005, dated February 1, 1994. No
water was encountered to a depth of approximately six (6) feet.
Due to the measured depth of bedrock below footing elevation, it
is our opinion that an exterior perimeter drain is required for
this structure.
