As requested Weeks & Associates has reviewed the hold down requirements for the trusses at
the interior bearing points at the referenced site.
The trusses are supported at two interior beam lines. It is recommended a Simpson H2.5
hurricane clip be used at each end of all trusses and a 16d toe nail be provided each side each
end of all trusses. The 2x wood plates on the steel truss support beams should be attached to
the beams with powder actuated pins at 8" on center staggered side to side.
