Mr. Weiman:
A representative of Terracon observed the foundation footing size, wall steel and void
form construction for the referenced project on April 20 and 25, 2001, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the foundation
footing sizes, wall steel and void form placements are in general accordance with the
plans and specifications for this project.
