At your request, I have reviewed the structural framing for the
following plans: 1336, 1375, 1605, 1670, 1680, 1804, 2033, 2043,
2067, 2230, 2505, 2527, 2585, 2640, 2815, 2891,
2927, and 3251.
Our office has designed the lateral bracing for these models in
accordance with the requirements set forth in the 1994 and 1997
editions of the Uniform Building Code for a basic wind speed of
90 miles per hour, exposure category C. This design is also
adequate for 100 miles per hour, exposure category B. The
bracing specifications are shown on the structural framing plans.
