We have received a backflow test report for this address from Backflow Testing Services and our records to
date do not show a Permit issued for such work. Your cooperation in clearing up this matter will prevent a
building violation being issued.
Recently this office was questioned about permit issuance for construction
being performed at the above referenced address. Our records do not
indicate any permits issued for the work in question.
Often times the public is not aware building permits are required by the
Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Fort Collins.
