This note is in regards to the under ground plumbing inspection for 4918
Sawhill Drive.
There was an initial under ground plumbing inspection on a Friday afternoon,
which failed Evidently due to the extreme July heat that day, the pressure cap had
blew off therefore releasing the pressure test! The permit card was signed not passing.
The under ground plumbing test was pressurized again and called in for a
Monday inspection. The card was not signed on Monday, and was again called in for
Tuesday. After inspecting the card on Wednesday morning, and the system still
holding pressure OX I instructed plumbing contractor to prepare the system for
concrete flatwork placement I assumed the inspector could not find the building
permit card on the site, which is not uncommon.
After speaking to the field inspector, Casey, he told me to contact you about the
situation. Would like for City of Ft Collins to accept this letter as the inspection.
