This observation was performed on July 12, 1999. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. , 1526-17-336-01. Colorado. This observation was performed on July 8, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan. Job No. 1526-17-36-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements.
