Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under construction
at Lots 56, Timbercreek, (4900 Saw Hill Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on July 12, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 56,
Timber Creek, (4900 Sawhill Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins. Colorado. This observation was
performed on July 8, 1999.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan. Job
No. 1526-17-36-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
