Dear Mr. Dalton:
This letter is to document our phone conversation dated the 23`d of October.
I have received the documentation that you faxed me regarding the drain for ice from the
liquid nitrogen pad at the Celestica site in Fort Collins.
It is my understanding that the purpose of the drain is simply to relieve the ice melt that
will be created due to condensation around the Liquid nitrogen storage area.
As this will not present any hazardous material introduction into the drainage system the
City of FortCollinsUtilitieswouldhave no problem with tying- that drain into the -site -
drainage system.
