Dear Mr. Dalton:
This letter is to document our phone conversation dated the 23rd of October.
I have received the documentation that you faxed rP�garding the drain fer iee-fr�sm the
liquid nitrogen pad at the Celestica site in Fort Collins.
It is my understanding that the purpose of the drain is simply to relieve the ice melt that
will be created due to condensation around the Liquid nitrogen storage area.
As this will not present any hazardous material introduction into the drainage system the
City of Fort Collins Utilities would have no problem with tying that drain into the site
drainage system.
