The purpose of this memo is to provide a description of the anticipated move -in activity at the
new Celestica Colorado facility located at 4721 Technology Parkway. This information is to be
used for consideration for the Certificate of Occupancy.
Dates The anticipated building construction completion date is mid -February 1999, Celestica
would like to begin placing equipment inside the building as early as possible before this date.
Scoot and Imuence: The three major functional areas within the building ate manufacturing,
warehouse/shipping/rccciving and office. Once the majority of the utilities and inside finishes are
completed and there is no risk of interference with the remaining construction schedule,
equipment would be placed in their planned locations awaiting final building systems test and fit.

successfully tested.
