Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Celestica Colorado / `G)y l ,'L✓ v, Dear Ms. Getz: Celestica is establishing a schedule for equipment move -in and systems hook-up and testing. We identify this as the fit -up phase of the project. This work is all preparatory to building occupancy and operation. Enclosed is a Celestica memo relative to fit -up. We would like to know what degree of completion, for both planning and building construction, Fort Collins will require for fit -up to begin and how this relates to building occupancy. This information is to be used for consideration for the Certificate of Occupancy. j= The anticipated building construction completion date is mid -February 1999. Celestica would like to begin placing equipment inside the building as early as possible before this date. Scogg and SQuence: The three major fltnctional areas within the building arc manufacturing, watehouse/shipping/rocciving and office. Once the majority of the utilities and inside finishes are completed and there is no risk of interference with the remaining construction schedule, equipment would be placed in their planned locations awaiting final building systems test and fit - up. It is anticipated that the sequence for equipment placement would be manufacturing first, then the warehouse and lastly office. The most likely scenario is to place one manufacturing cell in the manufacturing area and begin to level and align the equipment. In parallel, the racks in the warehouse area would be installed. Celestica personnel would formally begin to occupy the building once the Certificate of Occupancy is issued and all of the building systems have been successfully tested. we appreciate your assistance in defining the earliest possible date for equipment move -in and the conditions and requirements for the Certificate of Occupancy.
