RE: Occupant Load Sign
Dear Bob
This letter is in response to your telephone call requesting an occupant load sign for
the assembly room at the existing Grace Fellowship Church, 717 Whedbee Street.
As we discussed the occupant load is limited to 99 because no emergency lighting
exists in the room. Before posting the sign please ensure that the rear exit door has
hardware that will operate from the inside with one motion or panic hardware. The
main entry may have key -locking hardware and a sign that states "this door to remain
unlocked during business hours."
if you have questions regarding this or if I can be of additional assistance please call.
Sincerely
Sharon K. Getz
