Dear Tom,
My plan review staff has released the Celestica project for a permit level of footing and foundation
(F&F). This level of release allows for the City performed inspections and construction of all
under ground systems and components. Should scheduling issues arise, which delay the ability to
obtain the "full" permit, this letter would authorize the continued construction of the above
ground noncombustible structural systems. No above ground electrical, plumbing, or mechanical
work is allowed under an F&F permit.
