The footings at the above -referenced site were
inspected on July 10, 1985, and were being
formed in, accordance with our foundation design.
Compaction tests and excavation inspections
were performed prior to the footings being
formed. The soils exposed in the excavation
and the compaction tests appeared to conform
with the soil report by American Eagle
Engineering, Project No. 83-G-136.
