We have visually observed the footing forms placed at th=, residence under constructs<nat Lot 6',
Overlook 4`� 4226 Mesa View Court�a subdivision Fort Collins, Colorado. Thin
was performed on March 24, 2000.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 4726-01-27-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or
pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
