We have vi ually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction zt Lot 62,
Overlook z ", (4226 Mesa View Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation
was performed on March 24, 2000.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 4726-01-27-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or
pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
