The building at 419 W. Mountain Avenue is in the NCM district. The
building had been used as an office building for many years, most recently
occupied by Larimer County. it's use as an office building has been
classified as a legal, nonconforming use and/or existing limited permitted
use. However, as of this date, the use has been abandoned for more than
12 consecutive months and has lost its nonconforming use status and/or
existing limited permitted use status. Hereafter, the building can be
occupied only by uses permitted in the NCM district.
