Gentlemen:
We have inspected the open excavation at Lot 18, Block 3,
Willow Park, Phase I, (4142 Moss Creek Drive), a subdivision
of Ft. Collins, Colorado.
The subject excavation was inspected on March 5, 1987. The
exposed soils indicate a balanced spread footing type foun-
dation system designed in accordance with the recommenda-
tions contained in the soils and foundation investigation
report performed by CTL Thompson, Inc., Job No. 9454 dated
Sep,tiember ?? 1-983 is-su table Nio Water was encountered to
a depth of 2.0 feet. No perimeter drain is required. All
pads and footings to be 8" deep unless otherwise noted.
Based upon those results and our evaluation of the proposed
Conifer I Model, we recommend the footings shown on the sketch
below.
