On January 11, 18, 21, and 25, 2001, Weeks & Associates observed the footing sizes and
foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing sizes, void form
placement, and wall steel are in substantial conformance with the foundation plan for the project
by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 20335.
