On February 1, 2001, Weeks & Associates observed the CMU foundation walls for the fireplace
at the referenced site.
Based on our observations, it is our opinion the steel reinforcing was in substantial conformance
with the plans and recommendations for the project by Weeks & Associates, Project No. 20335.
