This is a, contract between MH Construction Services LLC (MRCS), and Gail M. Cotton
(Cotton) to remodel a commercial unit at.428 Remington, Fort Collins, Colorado. The
two parties agree that the following work and conditions are mutually agreed to.
MHCS agrees to scrape the cement floor, frame for a bath and break room, plumb for a
washer/dryer and bathroom, provide electrical (to code) for four hair dresser stations,
drywall , tape, texture walls, replace ceiling tiles as needed, install carpet and linoleum
(provided by buyer), and trim with rubber cove base. All fixtures, except electrical
fixtures, shall be provided by buyer.
MHCS agrees to maintain for the buyer, a copy of all licenses, and insurance for
themselves and all parties working on this project. MRCS shall apply for a building
permit under its license for the buyer, and will schedule all required inspections. MHCS
shall perform all work in a timely manner, and insure a clean and safe jobsite.
Total bid, $12,800.00 (twelve thousand, eight hundred dollars).
This bid does not include any permits, changes to engineering, taxes or fees.
Any changes to the original plan shall be made in writing and signed by both parties. All
changes or additions shall be strictly time and materials. Payment shall be: 50% down, at
the signing of this contract, with monthly progress billings until completion.
