Dear Mr. Koza:
Thank you for your proposal to the City of Fort Collins in response to Request for Proposal
(RFP) #8446. After careful evaluation of the proposals, the City is cancelling RFP #8446
Transfort Bus.
The City received two (2) proposals and your firm’s proposal was the only proposal deemed to
be responsive. This results in a single bid situation and the City has determined it is not in the
City’s best interest to award based on one responsive proposal. Therefore, the City is
cancelling RFP #8446 Transfort Bus.
The City intends to initiate a new RFP for the Transfort Bus project in the very near future.
We appreciate the time you expended in preparing your proposal and hope you will continue
your interest in bids/ RFPs solicited by the City of Fort Collins.
