Masek Golf Car Company has been distributing Yamaha golf cars in the state of Colorado since 1993 and currently controls the largest distribution territory of any golf car brand. Masek Golf Cars distributes new product to Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. Masek Rocky Mountain Golf Cars distributes new Yamaha products exclusively to the states of Colorado and New Mexico. Over the past four years Yamaha has converted over 1,600 courses across the United States from a competitor’s fleet into a new fleet of Yamaha’s. Locally, Masek’s has had similar success converting competitive customers into new Yamaha’s. In the past four years, 23 golf courses totaling 1,416 units, have made the switch from competitive golf cars into new Yamaha’s. Yamaha has a retention rate of 91% which Masek’s mirrors on a local level. These two feats together make Yamaha the fastest growing golf car company in the U.S., nearly doubling our market share in the past four years. Our business in Colorado has grown dramatically over the past few years due to our focus on low- margin/high-volume sales, our commitment to providing exceptional service after the sale, and our decision to keep a large stock of parts available for immediate delivery. We have focused our sales efforts on city and municipal entities along the Front Range and can proudly say we supply more golf cars to municipalities than any other vendor in the state. We proudly claim the Front Range cities of Ft Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Aurora, Loveland, Estes Park, Colorado Springs, Fort Lupton, Boulder, Commerce City and Pueblo as our satisfied customers. The company has been a golf cart distributer since 1988 and with Yamaha since 1993. Masek Rocky Mountain Golf Cars is locally owned by Jason Masek and John Halbert. Combined with our parent company, Masek Golf Car Company, we control the largest distribution territory of any golf cart brand in the United States. We house over $300,000 of in-stock parts and accessories and employ 19 people solely dedicated to the distribution of Yamaha golf cars to courses around the state. Our business in Colorado has grown dramatically over the past few years due to our focus on low- margin/high-volume sales, our commitment to providing exceptional service after the sale, and our decision to keep a large stock of parts available for immediate delivery. We have focused our efforts to supplying municipal entities with our products and are proud to say we currently have more Yamaha golf cars at municipal courses than any other brand in Colorado. Our growth over the past years is measured in total sales, which have grown dramatically. In 2010 we had total sales of 3.6 million dollars in Colorado, in our 2016 financial year that number grew to 9.6 million. Combined with our parent company in Nebraska our total sales cleared 19.4 million dollars in 2016. We feel this growth is directly related to the superb customer service and quality products that we offer to our customers. Yamaha as a company has converted over 1,600 competitive courses over the past four years and we look to continue this growth in the coming years. We recycle all of our cardboard shipping containers and pallets. Masek’s also recycles all cardboard generated at the facility and dispose of our waste oil and batteries through EPA approved facilities. We use recycled paper in our printer copier and also recycle all aluminum and other scrap metal generated by our facility.
