Project is not located within a FEMA regulated floodplain. 2. Project is located within the City of Fort Collins Old Town Basin -Reach 6 Floodplain Map. 3. Cross Section 78 indicates a B.F.E. = 4982.6. The elevations at the entrances into the Civic Center Parking Structure were designed to be at 4984.10 (18" above the B.F.E.) 4. The Final Drainage Report prepared by Nolte and Associates, Inc. for the Civic Center Parking Structure dated January, 1999 indicates a corrected effective 100-yr. WSEL at Section 78 = 4982.5. Eighteen inches (18") above this would require an elevation of 4984.00 at the entrances. 5. The attached exhibit indicates the lowest elevation surveyed on November 8, 1999 to be 4984.04. (0.04' above the stated 4982.00) 6. The benchmark used for the project which was approved by the City of Fort Collins and is indicated on the cover sheet of the Final Construction Plans is: - City of Fort Collins Brass Cap, Black Bolt Book, located in the Southwest corner of College and LaPorte, Elev. = 4980.15 (City of Fort Collins Datum). - City of Fort Collins, Black Bolt Survey, N. Bonnet Bolt Fire Hydrant located at N.E. corner Howes and Mountain. Elev. = 4990.10. 7. The finish floor of the retail space has not been constructed and is not included in this certificate. There are two Building Permits for this structure -one for the Parking Structure and one for the Retail Space.
