Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Jay, re: 218 West Magnolia - Edwards Residence Builder - Dohn Construction { All of the curbs, paving and storm drainage facilities have been constructed. We have surveyed the grades of the "AS BUILT" construction and they are shown in red on the attached print of the utility, grading and drainage plan. The restriction plate has been installed over the outlet from the detention pond in the concrete driveway and the concrete drain pan and sidewalk and curb chase have been installed. All of the drainage facilities and grades are constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan. There remains some grading and landscaping to be done on the bare ground along the drain pan and driveway. This grading is hand work and will be completed as soon as the ground thaws.
