All structural elements of the building are complete and all elevations surveyed were on currently constructed features. C.2: The Benchmark utilized for this survey was City of Fort Collins Benchmark #3-00 with a NGVD 29 elevation of 4964.15 feet. The conversion used to adjust the elevations to NAVD 1988 was +3.18 feet. C.2e: The elevation is the bottom of the elevator machinery. The elevation of the elevators bottom of slab and the machinery is 4940.83; the elevation of the bottom of the sump pit in the elevator shaft is 4937.75, The elevator pit has been flood proofed. See separate flood proofing certificate by Gafari. C.2f. The elevation is the top of the soil at the Northwest comer of the building. C.2g: The elevation is the top of the concrete slab at the Southeast corner of the building. The elevation of the under slab ductwork is 4942.58. See attached As -Built survey prepared by Mortenson Construction. Point #6049 having a NGVD 1929 elevation of 4939.40 was determined to be the lowest elevation.
