Since the submission of the mylars and the final drainage report (October 2007), we have had the existing pond (Pond B) resurveyed. It is "not known for certain if the original survey was wrong, or if there was a modification made to this pond since the original survey (2003), but the new survey shows both the water surface elevation and the top of the embankment higher than the original survey. In light of this new information, the stage storage calculations for Pond B, the grading of the trail above the embankment, and the pond outlet have all been modified to achieve the required detention volume in the pond. Attached are revised calculations for Pond B (originally located in Appendix D of the report). Revised mylars of the drainage plan, grading plan, and outlet profile and details have been submitted for approval. Thank. you for your time in reviewing .this addendum, please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
