This is a drainage report for the structure proposed to
be built by Catholic Community Services. The structure is
proposed to be built on Tract A of the Linden Tech Center
Subdivision, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. This
tract comprises 1.00 acres and lies on the northwest corner
of Linden Street and Linden center Drive. See vicinity map
and drawing herein.
DRAINAGE
In general, this vicinity is low-lying and has little
' relief. The site lies roughly 1000 feet from the Poudre
River. An existing irrigation ditch borders the tract on
' the east. Tract A is not within the Poudre River flood
tplain.
The proposal is to construct a one story hostel type
facility. See attached drawing.
OFFSITE FLOWS
The only potential for offsite flows to originate is
the area immediately west of the site. This area is
relatively flat and drainage is not well defined. • Owing to
this and to the small area involved, offsite flows will not
impact the site.

site will

' Owing to the location of this sitewithin the
watershed, detention is not required.
' There is, in the City file for this subdivision, an
agreement dated 6-20-80 permitting discharge of storm runoff
into the existing irrigation ditch.
' CONCLUSION
' The proposed project is small in scope and generates
little runoff. No problems associated with drainage are
' anticipated.
