Re: Erosion control procedures proposed for the construction of two building pads on
Lots 2 and 3 of One Prospect P.U.D. at Prospect East.
The W.W. Reynolds Companies desires to construct two building pads for buildings to be
constructed in the future.
These pads are located on the north side of Midpoint Drive between Specht Point Road
and Prospect Parkway. The area is in a high rainfall erodibility zone and in a moderate wind
erodibility zone.
The pads will be constructed with structural fill, and the pads will be left in a roughened
state. An existing low area in the northeast comer of the site will be filled with dirt, and this bare
dirt will be straw mulched.
The erosion control calculations of the performance standard and of the effectiveness are
shown on the attached forms. The erosion control collateral is calculated to be 1989.00 dollars.
The pad construction and the erosion control procedures are shown on the attached
grading and drainage plan which was prepared in 1990.
- Please call if you need more information.
