Dear Mr. Lamarque,
Thank you for your review of the Markley Honda Renovation Project. This letter is
to describe the differences in planned imperviousness and stormwater impacts
due to the renovation and re -configuration of the parking lot layout.
The Markley Honda Renovation Project is planned to change 1,743 sq-ft of
paved and/or impervious area to pervious and/or landscaped area. Conversely,
1,523 sq-ft of pervious and/or landscaped area will be paved. The total net
difference is 220 sq-ft of impervious area being converted to pervious area.
The increase in pervious area will reduce the potential runoff from the site. The
improvements, therefore, are in line with the requirements of the original
drainage report.
