The purpose of this report is to verify it is in compliance with the overall grading and drainage plan prepared by JR Engineering for the Harmony Village P.U.D. The 1.15 acre site was designed by JR Engineering as a part of the overall development of the center. In this original drainage design the site was made up of approximately 0.85 acres of impervious area and 0.30 acres of landscaped area. The proposed amendment of the site is made up of approximately 0.76 acres of impervious area and 0.39 acres of landscaped area. The drainage patterns also remain consistent with the drainage patterns in the original drainage design done for the site. All of the runoff from the site drains to Delaney Drive, as was the case in the original drainage design. Therefore it is our ' opinion that the proposed amendment to the Romano's Macaroni Grill site is in compliance with the overall grading and drainage plan done for the Harmony Village P.U.D.
