Re: Odell Brewing Company Expansion & Fort Collins Monument and Stone;
Fort Collins, Colorado
Dear Basil,
This letter serves as the Amended Drainage and Erosion Control Report for the Odell Brewery
Expansion and the Fort Collins Monument and Stone sites.
The reason for this amended drainage report is that the owners of Fort Collins Monument and
Stone have ask to release stormwater from their site into the the east detention pond located on
the Odell Brewery property. The owners of the Odell Brewery property have consented to this
request.
The additional contributing area from the Fort Collins Monument and Stone site (0.67 acres)
increased the storage requirement for the east detention pond. The following table. summarizes
the storage information for the east detention pond.
Contributing Area Volume Required Volume Provided
cubic feet cubic feet
Odell Brewery Expansion (1.18 acres) 5946 7724
Odell Brewery & Fort Collins
Monument & Stone (1.85 acres) 8457 8683
A plan showing the wised g long with the appropriate calculations are attached for your
review. The mylars are o attache proval of the revision. We would appreciate a quick
turn around on this as both projects are underqpnstruction at this time.

DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE NOTE:
1 Periodic maintenance and cleaning of the outlet structure by the
owner is required to ensure that the structure functions properly. It is
recommended that this maintenance be done on a semiannual basis
and periodic inspections be done to determine when the structure
needs to be cleaned out.
