Box 580 Date fy / 21 /04 Fort Collins, CO 80522 '- Re: Maple Hill First Replat Project No. 1003.0000.00 Dear Mr. Hamden: We are pleased to submit to you the First Replat for the Maple Hill Subdivision. The purpose of this letter is to describe the changes we are making to the approved Maple Hill plans. Three lots were added to the site. The resulting change in the C values and thus the runoff in the 2-yr and 100-yr storms is negligible. The additions of these three lots should have no impact on the current design. Per your request, we have included with this letter calculations showing the depth of water in the side lot swales in Blocks 1 and 2 of the Maple Hill First Replat. (These Blocks were formerly 17 and 22) Based on the current design, a six foot wide drainage easement along the lot lines is sufficient to pass the flows from the open spaces to the west of the units in the 100-yr storms. We do not believe that it is necessary to install an inlet and storm sewer pipe to drain the open space tracts west of these lots. Please see the attached calculations for further information.
