The site is located in the area originally known as Landings 4th. 1 This study area includes those lots of Creekside located adjacent to Breakwater Court, Creekside Court, Breakwater Drive, and Westshore Way. Part of Creekside is the area known as Shoreline P.U.D. This area is to be replatted to reduce the number of lots, and a separate report will be prepared when the replat is submitted. The site historically drains into Harmony Reservoir. According to the Master Storm Drainage Report for the Landings P.U.D. as prepared by Cornell Consulting Company, Harmony Reservoir provides adequate detention.
