Dear Glen:
This is the revised storm drainage report for Basin "E" which is Lot 1,
Prospect/Overland P.U.D. The use for Lot 1 is being changed from a commercial
building to a rental storage building; however, the new building is larger
than the previously proposed building.
The new layout is shown on the enclosed Grading, Drainage and Utility yo-
Plan and the Sub —Basin Plan. A new C, runoff coefficient, was calculated e
to be 0.79. The old report used C = 0.95 rather than an actual coefficient �fV00 C
calculated based on the actual amount of impervious surface. �d-e ifJl�
CThe amount of detention required increased from 2815 cubic feet to 3294 -(-jvy
cubic feet. The allowable outlet rate is 0.14 cubic feet per second. W°w '(`

"E" are enclosed as well as the revised Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan ec e
