The lot slopes from Northwest to Southeast at an approximate slope of 8.6%. It is proposed to construct two office buildings with walk out basements on the lot. The basements will be excavated and then the foundations poured immediately. The parking lot will be graded at the same time as the excavation. The required erosion control effectiveness will be met by placing at least 7,000 square feet of gravel base material in the parking lot as soon as the parking lot is graded. Also, straw bales will be placed across the driveway where the runoff discharges into the Cameron Drive gutter. A silt fence will also be placed along the Southerly property line and along Cameron Drive from the driveway Southerly to the Southeast corner of the lot, and along the Westerly property line of Lot 5. a.C� Richard A.
