STEWART & ASSOCIATES, INC. 214 North Howes Street Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 Final Drainage Report Tract."C".Clarendon Hills is a 2.9340 acre residential planned unit development in the Northwest '—, of Section 2, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado. It is at the corner of Clarendon Hills Drive and Ashford Lane and is located in the Fossil Creek drainage basin. The P.U.D. is adjacent to the existing detention ponds on Tract "B" of Clarendon Hills First Filing. Tract "C' slopes.gently.from Southwest to Northeast and does not /�iave any offsite water cross the P.U.D. Clarendon Hills Drive flows V/ North to sump inlets at the corner of Hinsdale Drive, which discharge into the ponds. Ashford Drains Easterly to sump inlets between Ponds "D" and "E", and discharge into Pond "E". The Rational Method was used to calculate the 2, 10, and 100 year developed runoff quantities and are shown in the table on the drainage plan and in this report. Tract "C" was divided into four sub —basins according to the points of discharge. Two sub —basins discharge into Pond "A" and one each .into Ponds "B" and "C". All of the runoff from Tract "C" discharges into the ponds. It will be carried to the ponds on the surface in grassy swales. The adjacent public streets will not receive any runoff from this P.U.D. The open area of the P.U.D. and the adjacent ponds are maintained by private homeowners associations. The Fossil Creek Master Drainage Study does not require storm water detention however, it is provided in this area of the basin in order to protect private ponds and drainage facilities upstream of the main Fossil Creek channel. �.�V� .•EG�sr€kF,. p% Richard A.
