Drainage Narrative
Dear: Mr. Arellano
We are providing a detailed memorandum showing the increase in impervious area and drainage
design for the proposed site and comparing it to the existing site conditions.
This drainage narrative provides a summary of the existing and proposed drainage conditions
associated with the proposed Krispy Kreme building at 4624 Mason Street located on a .781-acre
parcel. The existing site is stabilized by the existing building, parking lot, drive-thru aisles, and
landscape area. The project area is anticipated to disturb ±0.32 acres. This disturbed area is also
detailed on the submitted Minor Amendment plans and included in the attached Exhibit A – Proposed
Drainage Map of this letter. Table 1 below is a summary of the anticipated areas and Table 2 below is
a summary of the Impervious areas:
