This drainage narrative provides a summary of the existing and proposed drainage conditions associated with the proposed Krispy Kreme building at 4624 Mason Street located on a .781-acre parcel. The existing site is stabilized by the existing building, parking lot, drive-thru aisles, and landscape area. The project area is anticipated to disturb ±0.32 acres. This disturbed area is also detailed on the submitted Minor Amendment plans and included in the attached Exhibit A – Proposed Drainage Map of this letter.
