Dear Basil:
On September 13, 1994,
RBD, Inc. submitted a
Drainage Certification
for
the Pinecone Apartment project. In a follow
up conversation,
you
have requested
that we verify minimum
opening elevations for
all
the units that
will be located along the
Regional Channel along
the
northerly edge
of the project.
On September 21, 1994, we verified those minimum opening elevations
as follows:

The channel elevations shown above were taken from the Foothills
Basin Regional Channel Project, as prepared by TST. The minimum
difference from the design elevations of the channel, and the
existing finished floor elevations for Pinecone Apartments is
9.25'.

compared to the channel elevations to insure that these
opening elevations will be 5.7' above the flowline of
channel sections.
