P.U.D. (FHA Grading Plan). Indicated in red on the sheets are the
elevations and verifications of the Storm Drainage Facilities. Also
attached are the field survey notes in spreadsheet form.
As of January 12, 1995 the following items indicated on the FHA
Grading Plan have been completed per the Utility plans:
The rear lot swale separating the first and second filings of
the Gates at Woodridge P.U.D.
