December 8, 2008 Glen Schlueter City of Fort Collins Stormwater Department / 700 Wood Street Fort Collins, CO 80522 RF: Willow Street Lofts Drainage Certification for Project #173-04 lla� • Building Permit #B0707913 Mr. Schlueter, This letter is provided to certify that the drainage for Willow Street Lofts Development, Units 1 through 7 located at 214 Willow Street has been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans by North Star Design, Inc. dated November 6, 2007. All elevation information for this site and drainage certification for Willow Street Lofts is based solely on a survey completed by Perkins Land Surveying received on December 2, 2008. This certification includes the following improvements: • Garage finished floor elevations for Units 1 through 7. • Grading around Units 1 through 7, to the adjacent street and landscape area. • Stormwater conveyance shall be conveyed in the designed paths. Stormwater internal to the development shall be conveyed to the water quality inlet box and out to the United Way parking lot as designed. Due to the project phasing, the concrete pan and drainage channel that conveys runoff onsite parking to the United Way parking lot has not yet been installed. The cost for the drainage pan and channel has been escrowed with the City of Fort Collins. This concrete pan and drainage channel will be constructed during the next construction phase. Positive drainage has been provided and will be maintained by the HOA. Water quality will be provided by the conveyance of runoff through the water quality inlet box. This certification is only for Units 1 through 7. Once the entire development is constructed an overall site certification will be completed.
