This letter is provided to certify that the drainage pan along the southeast side of Willow
Street Lofts Development located at 214 Willow Street has been constructed in
substantial conformance with the approved plans by North Star Design, Inc. dated
November 6, 2007. All elevation information for this site and drainage certification for
Willow Street Lofts is based solely on a survey completed by Ayres Associates received
on April 16, 2013. Based on this information, the pan has been constructed in substantial
conformance with the approved plans and will function as intended.
