We have surveyed the as -built grades of the building floors, lowest openings and lot corners.
These grades are shown in red on the attached plot plan and also on the attached copy of the
approved grading plan.
The swale along the rear lot line which runs from south to north has not been adversely
affected by the grading on Lot 55.
The lot grading is in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan.
