We have surveyed the "as built" grading elevations, and the elevations of the floors and lowest
openings. A plot plan is attached on which the "as built" grades are shown in red.
The lowest opening elevation is 5094.27 and the adjacent detention pond high water line is
approximately 5092.0.
The lot is graded to drain away from the foundation and the downspouts also direct the flows
away.
The construction on the lot has not adversely effected the drainage patterns of the adjacent
swales and detention pond.
