Re: Grading Certification for Lot 20 of the Ramparts at Miramont
Dear Mr. Barber:
This is the grading certification done for Lot 20 of the Ramparts at Miramont in Fort
Collins.
Frederick Land surveying, survey crew visited the site on June 8, 2001. This visit
confirmed the elevations redlined on the attached drawing. Overall, the elevations
observed were at or above the design elevations and meet the intent of the design. Please
find attached surveyed information
The elevations located approximately in the middle of the lot are 2 to 3 feet higher than
noted on the plans. This is because the building was built between to existing lots that
already have house constructed on them. The builder matched the existing grade at the
property line. The grading is such that it is unlikely that any storm water will enter the
window well or the rear walkout.
This certification is signed and stamped. By signing this letter, I attest that to the best of
my knowledge, the conditions of the site are as shown on the attached redlined
photocopy. Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the
rejection of this certification and prevent the release of any storm water utility holds on
the Building Permit or Certificates of Occupancy.
