Collins, CO, A survey of the finished grade at 625 Castle Ridge Court was conducted by me on May 7, 1997, Lot 10 of Castle Ridge AtMiramont P. U.D. The survey was performed by holding the northwest property corner (top of #4 rebar & plastic cap) as the Benchmark with an elevation of 76.2' . The ground slopes away from the westerly side of the house towards an existing Swale that is located in tract "D" which is a drainage, utility and landscape easement which lies between lots 9 and 10. The ground at the rear of the house possess a slope which begins at a distance of approximately 25' from the rear of the house and slopes to the rear of the lot, sloping in the southerly direction towards tract "D" which is located directly south of lot 10. The ground located on the easterly side of the house slopes southerly towards the southeasterly corner of the lot towards tract "D" also. 1 Brian J. Barnes, a duly Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby certify that this Swale Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by me at Lot 10 of Castle Ridge At Miramont P.
